Student Refocus Form

A student refocus form is a tool used in educational settings to help students reflect on their behavior and redirect their focus back to learning. It's a structured way for students to acknowledge disruptive or off-task behavior, understand its impact, and identify ways to improve their actions and choices in the future. 

Supplies

Make sure you are prepared for class. Here's what you need to bring daily:

• Binder

• Paper

• Pens / Pencils

Individual classes might require additional supplies and you will be notified when that class begins.
